When you think of Apple, you think of something different. You think of something UNIQUE! Distinctive!

For Apple, it is that uniqueness that makes them special and extremely valuable in the technology space and to their growing base of customers. And made them the giant they are in the technology space.

You think of a different culture, quality and a way of doing things. Right?

You think of loyal, satisfied customers who flock to the Apple stores when they release something new. A new tablet, a new phone, a new computer style. It is their uniqueness that creates the loyalty, satisfaction and almost fanaticism that people have for Apple products.

Their customers are there for life because of the entire service experience they get from Apple.

There is just a difference between Apple and the rest….and people notice and appreciate that uniqueness.

A different culture, a different way of doing business that makes the difference. That makes it UNIQUE from the other companies out there! And gives Apple the mystique and industry stature that it enjoys in the technology space.

Now my question is…..20 years ago, if you knew that there was going to be a company called Apple that would become a major company and create MANY millionaires who enjoy a life that some of us could only imagine…..

A life where you are not worried about retirement, savings, college funding, debt elimination or even where you income is coming from in this rocky economy.

Would you invest? Would you get involved? Would you want to?

Knowing what you know now, I would hope that answer would be YES !

Well the same thing is happening in a totally different industry…..Energy Deregulation! Energy deregulation is a blooming, “old” industry that is creating a HUGE financial opportunity for those who can see the potential.

I say a blooming, “old” industry because energy deregulation is a Federal Law that was passed over 20 years ago, BUT it is just beginning to gain awareness in the last 8-12 years and heating up more and more.

Energy deregulation presents an opportunity like no other. It allows you “sell” cheaper electricity and natural gas to residents and businesses and create a passive income asset that pays you monthly on those lowered energy sales. There are many companies out there that you can choose to be your vehicle for this great opportunity.

But are they UNIQUE? Are they DISTINCTIVE?

Consumer Choice Marketing is one of those companies in the energy deregulation business opportunity, BUT it is UNIQUE!.

The distinction of Consumer Choice Marketing makes it poised to become the Apple of the energy deregulation business opportunity.

With that said, the same question can be placed. Would you invest? Would you get involved? Would you want to?

Would you want to create a passive, residual income asset from the BEST consumable there is … ENERGY? A residual income that allows you not to worry about retirement or college expenses, eliminating debt or just building up your own economy, so that you are self-reliant and not dependent on a JOB.

Now I know that is a bold statement, and many would think that I am just biased because I am part of the company and having success, but it is a true statement. I’ll explain…..
So when we think of Apple, we think of quality, functionality of their products all to benefit the end user, the customer. Both give customer satisfaction and loyalty to the company and their products. And those things make Apple the dominance in the industry that it enjoys. Well that is the same with Consumer Choice Marketing.

Not only does Consumer Choice Marketing have an absolute, complete dedication to customer satisfaction, they have that as well to the broker. Because it is the broker who directly services the customer.

Consumer Choice Marketing, CCM for short, believes that if the broker is supported in all aspects of the energy industry and making his business profitable, then the broker can focus on customer satisfaction. They work hand in hand.

The dedication to the customer is ONE way that CCM gives the broker the ability to grow their business in the proper environment. Not all companies out there for energy deregulation opportunity do that. And many people who join these companies, simply do not know these things or can appreciate them. They are laymen, novices as I was back in 2010 when I first got into energy deregulation. I was with the WRONG company!

The energy industry is very complex and there are a lot of chuck-holes and pitfalls where people can fall into AND a number of places where customers can be taken advantage. Consumer Choice Marketing, due to it’s founder and CEO, Mr. Doug Tesky”s experience as an energy broker in 3 different countries; has simplified the business opportunity so that CCM can be totally dedicated to the satisfaction of their customers and the success of the broker. Consumer Choice Marketing is the PROPER place to start and grow your business in energy.

When you look to start a home based business in energy, you naturally want to find the RIGHT company for that.
This energy opportunity is EXTREMELY lucrative. It is NOT a get rich quick scheme, but a serious opportunity to get wealthy by creating a residual, passive income asset that pays you monthly…over and over again.

In comparing other companies for energy deregulation, there are a couple of very important criteria that MUST be considered when choosing a company to be your vehicle in this extremely important opportunity.

First, one MUST understand that the deregulation of an industry only happens ONCE in a lifetime and is VERY lucrative. The funny thing is one can have confidence in the wealth creation of energy deregulation because we have seen what the deregulation of an industry can do for anyone who has foresight.

We saw it in the airlines industry in the 70’s and in the Telecom industry in the 80”s. BOTH of those deregulations created the same opportunity for millionaires to be created. “Average” people got involved and created whole new lives for themselves over time. The same can and IS being done in the energy deregulation opportunity and it is 10 times the size of the telecom market at $750 Billion per year.

So getting back to the criteria that must be considered. They are broken down into these 5 categories.

1 Business Model/Strategy
2 Energy Footprint
3 Direct v Reseller
4 Compensation Plan
5 Energy Residual

These categories are interrelated, where one affects the other but they work together to benefit the broker and ultimately the customer. So anyone who wants to grow a massive team of brokers to a person who only wants to further monetize their business and personal contacts, and anything in between, you can do that with the utmost simplicity with CCM and do it properly as opposed to other companies out there.

Business Model And Strategy

CCM is and always has been profitable and debt free since the beginning in 2008. It’s sister company, Options Utility, has been profitable and debt free as well with well over 55,000 commercial clients on the books

CCM is a privately held company with a family-style/team atmosphere. Everything is setup to support the broker who in turn services the customer. That is our one and only goal. Once you service the customer properly, everything else falls into place, including long term, residual income.

Here is the link to the Better Business Bureau On CCM

Our goal is also to be very aggressive in getting into new territories as quickly and properly as possible. This again assures that we service the broker and the customer as best as possible.

CCM has a Broker Support Department where ANY issue can be tackled for the broker in growing his business. The deppartment is in-house and not some call center where you are put on hold for hours to get nothing. They are responsive and research any issue a broker is having to get it resolved. It is a huge help!

CCM also has an in-house CAP Department. CAP stands for Commercial Assitance Program. These are the energy experts for the brokers and ultimately for the clients.

Due to CCM being a brokerage house of energy, we have many suppliers who compete for the business that the broker brings in to get the best possible pricing for the customer. Brokers simply collect information from the potential customer and submits it to the CAP Department and the rest is done for you, including closing the sale if you wish. How simple is that?

Energy Footprint

CCM has the largest energy footprint than any other company. We are currently in 34 states in the US. With plans to expand into Canada and the UK.

The question is, if we are in 34 states, why isn’t the other company that you are looking at? If they are not in 34 states and you have a very important, sharp contact in another state where the company is NOT, what can you do with that contact? Not much!

But with CCM’s business model of including savings with other essential services and products, our business footprint is actually for ALL 50 states.

Here you can see our Residential Portal or Online Utility Store to see how our business model is set up.

Direct v Reseller

A direct seller is a marketing arm of an energy producer, where as a reseller is a broker and deals with many energy providers. There is a difference as to what each can do.

An energy producer can only do business in the states that they are licensed to do business. It is not easy to become licensed in other states. This is why a direct selling company, a marketing arm of an energy provider, can only do business in a certain number or states.

A reseller, like CCM, started as a brokerage house of energy. Meaning that we deal with multiple energy suppliers. We get to choose the best suppliers there are.

This ties into the energy footprint. The reason we have such a large footprint is because the energy supplier that services the west coast is NOT the same as the energy provider that services the east coast, the northeast, southeast, etc…etc…..

But CCM, now with an exclusive agreement with the largest, privately held energy supplier in the United States, IGS Energy; is a hybrid business. Combining the best of both worlds of having the backing of a 23 year old company worth over $2 Billion with over 1 Million customers in 11 states and growing. As a direct seller would have, but also retaining the ability to be a broker in the other states. That is VERY powerful!

Compensation Plan

A very generous and dynamic compensation plan that pays you in 12 complementary ways.
This is for those who want to build a team across the country in the most lucrative way than anyone else, you can. If you want to simply further monetize the contacts that you have from the business you normally do, you can with ease knowing that you are getting the best ROI for your efforts with the real, in-house support of the broker support and Commercial Assistance Program.

You can have a payday each Friday if you want.

Out of the 12 ways the compensation plan pays, I’d like to talk about just a few special ones

The Choice Match…depending on your level in the compensation plan, you get 10 – 50% override as you build a team, should you wish. That is incredible and beats all other comp plans in override bonus.

The RD Power Play and Super Power Play Bonuses. These kick in when you become a Regional Director and go like this. For every 12 customer qualified brokers in YOUR Rd code that you and your RD team bring in… You get a $1,000 bonus. It resets and begins again. And for the next 12 between you and your team’s efforts, you get another $1,000 bonus. And it goes on and on and on.

When you reach 100 customer qualified brokers in your RD Code you get a $10,000 RD Super Power play bonus.

The entire program resets for the next set of 12 and 100. There is not time frame or limit!!

The ALL Important Energy Residuals

Probably the most important aspect of the energy deregulation opportunity, the energy residuals. How you get paid from residential and the lucrative business energy sales. This is the whole point of this opportunity.

Where most companies pay you a percentage of the bill, CCM pays you properly and by industry standards; on the usage. Now some people do not understand the difference. It is a very novice understanding to be excited over getting a percentage of the bill. I used to think so. But that is incorrect, and I’ll explain.

The usage as a numeric number is a larger number than what the bill is. On a large business, say a hospital. The usage would probably be a 6 or 7 figure number. That bill is probably a 4 to 5 figure number. I ask you, which figure would you want to be paid a percentage off of? The 6 figure number or the 5 figure number? Here is a hint….A percentage of a big number is still a big number!
When you place all of the distinctions above together, this is what is making Consumer Choice Marketing the Apple of the energy deregulation space.

Now, i’ll ask the question again knowing what you now know. If you knew that Consumer Choice Marketing is poised to be the Apple of energy deregulation. You know where the trajectory is going, just like Apple 20 years ago…

Would you invest? Would you get involved? Would you want to?

Would you want to create a residual, passive income asset that pays you each and every month money for retirements, college funding, savings, debt elimination or just to create a life style that is more and not be dependent on a JOB?

And do not forget the tax benefits of having a home based business!

Knowing what you know now, I would hope that answer would be YES !

Consumer Choice Marketing has the philosophy of winning and dominating the industry by simply doing the business RIGHT! This is the place where you can create a LEGACY in energy, just like Apple has done in the technology space. Without all the confusion, deception and slight of hand that is out there.

The business is very simple. You cannot imagine how simple it is. We will show you how to be successful with CCM and the energy deregulation business. And create a life changing financial asset, A LEGACY of residual, passive income, in the once in a lifetime deregulation of energy.

Fill out the box to the right and find out how you can do this with Consumer Choice Marketing.

We’re proud to announce that Consumer Choice Marketing and the Commercial Assistance Program (C.A.P.) markets/sells commercial gas in Louisiana energy deregulation.

This brings our total to 34 states for Natural Gas and Electricity that we can market in for the energy deregulation business opportunity. This gives Consumer Choice Marketing a total energy deregulation footprint of 34 states.

Consumer Choice Marketing, based in Toledo, Ohio and was created in 2008. Profitable and debt free ever since. Consumer Choice Marketing, through their independent brokers, concentrates in saving money for residents and businesses across the country for utilities and services that they already buy on a monthly basis. Consumer Choice Marketing pays out the highest residual income for energy sales both residential and commercial on day one.

Those services include internet, voip phone, satellite, wireless home security, cell phones and the extraordinary Savings Advantage Club, that saves people hundreds if not thousands per year.

They also sell lowered electricity and natural gas to residents and businesses within our energy deregulation footprint of 34 states.

This mix of services gives Consumer Choice Marketing and their brokers the ability to market in the states that are not energy deregulated yet, but will be.

Louisiana Energy Deregulation

Energy deregulation, the ability to offer lower electric and natural gas supplies, gives the consumer the ability to choose savings by choosing their supplier of these utilities.

Now people in Louisiana can make residual income by selling these services along with our flagship products of electricity and natural gas by offering savings on these services through Louisiana energy deregulation.

With Consumer Choice Marketing, you would have the LARGEST energy footprint in the United States, 34 States and soon Canada, to build a team if you want and leverage that income power. Also you would have THE HIGHEST, TRUE RESIDUAL INCOME from energy sales of cheaper electricity and gas, where as the other companies are pathetically MUCH lower in residual income.

The energy deregulation law was passed in 1998, but left up to the states to implement. All 50 states have to be completely energy deregulated, for both residential and commercial energy, by 2015. Louisiana energy deregulation is here now.

Fill out the box to the right to learn more about Consumer Choice Marketing and how you can make money in Louisiana and the other 33 states in our energy footprint for business.

Once again, Consumer Choice Marketing has ENHANCED the compensation plan for the better with the 2013 CCM Compensation Plan.

With the new enhancements, a person can catapult quickly into profit mode and beyond in a short amount of time and begin to build their legacy of residual income with energy residuals in the energy deregulation business opportunity.

So what is it that they have done to make a GREAT and GENEROUS compensation plan even more so? I mean, you have to hand it to Consumer Choice Marketing, CCM. The compensation plan already had 2 Customer Acquisition Bonuses of $100 which were very obtainable starting out.

They already had the Road to Regional Director Bonus of $1,000 which people were obtaining in their first 30 days. And if that was not good enough, they extended it to a 60 Day option with a bonus of $500. Both on top of the Coded Fast Start Bonuses of anywhere from $100 to $150 per person, which can add up pretty fast.

Then once you become a Regional Director, there is the RD Power Play and Super Power Play Bonuses of $1,000 and $10,000 respectively. But the GREAT thing about these bonuses is that there is no limit to them. They reset and you can obtain them over and over and over and over again. These bonuses are a builder’s dream.

As a matter of fact, the entire compensation plan with it’s 12 ways to earn, is a builder’s dream !

So what is the 2013 enhancement? Well, it is a $500 Managing Broker Bonus. And it is very simple to obtain.

Come into the business, get customer qualified with 3 sales and find 4 others direct to you, who do the same and VOILA! You have made a total of $1,100 in less than 30 days!

Not only have you gotten your initial invest, but you are MOST DEFINITELY in PROFIT MODE. You cannot get any better than that! But maybe I should not make that bet with Consumer Choice Marketing, because it seems they keep getting better and better.

So how does CCM do it? First through our online utility store located here.

It is pretty much self-service and easy to use. Make the comparisons between what you are paying for the service currently and what you could be paying and SAVING through our offers from well known service providers.

Then with commercial sales, it is even easier! Collect the copies of the bills of the business, small, medium and large and simply turn them into the corporate offices and they can do the rest. You collect monthly residuals!

Fill out the blue box to the right to find out how you can create your own legacy of passive, residual income from the energy deregulation business opportunity with Consumer Choice Marketing. THE PREMIER company for this fantastic opportunity!

Consumer Choice Marketing

So just recently, in the last few days and weeks to a couple of months, it has come to my attention that Fortune Hi- Tech Marketing (FHTM) and Independence Energy Alliance (IEA/NRG) are in trouble and a new energy company is emerging in the energy deregulation market.

FHTM has had different State’s Attorney Generals investigating them for the past couple of years as being a “global pyramid scheme”, where the only way to make money was by recruiting. They had seemed to clear themselves out of that investigation sometime last year.

Now, the Federal Trade Commission and three state attorneys general announced on January 28, 2013 that they shut down the national multilevel marketing company they called again a “global pyramid scheme” because recruiting others was the only way to make money.

You can read more about the story here………

Now with Independence Energy Alliance‘s parent company, NRG, a billion dollar Fortune 300 Company, has made the financial decision to take it’s “marbles and go home” and no longer make any more financial investments after a short 2 years or so of being in business.

As devastating as that is to the affiliates of IEA, I will say this. NRG made this decision in the most ethical way they could have and I have to say that is very refreshing. NRG will continue to pay their affiliates on business that they made up to the end of the year 2012.

Again, as devastating as this is, this gives the broker the time they need to recoup and catch their breathe all the while they look to transition to another venture. They would still get their monthly energy commissions.

I know that I would be very grateful….

Also, there is a new energy company on the horizon that is going to have a launch party on Monday February 18, 2013 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Now, imagine that!

When I was putting this blog together it was like new companies were coming out every week! They were popping up all over the place in 2011 and 2012. Everyone was and still is trying to get into the energy game.

I do not know a lot about the company or it’s comp plan or really anything, details will follow later and I will post on it.

But this is another example of what goes on in a volatile market. Everyone tries to get into the game. I’ve seen much in my 20 years as a marketer.

At this launch party, will probably be the same cast of characters that I’m familiar with and have seen around before.

In my personal opinion, sometimes there are very legitimate, personal reasons to go to these new company parties and hop from company to company. But sometimes, it is more like people being trading yourself to the highest bidder. The more zeros on a check the better.

That latter description is the one I’m not too fond of.

So these are 3 examples of what goes on in volatile markets like energy. It just shows that anything can happen in the energy sector. Over the years, many companies have come in and then back out then back in again…or just collapsed all together..from the energy deregulation business opportunity.

Sometimes, it is by government intervention, sometimes it is by financial/business decision by the parent company to shut things downs all together.

I feel that this type of activity eventually burns people out of this great opportunity in Energy Deregulation. I know it has because I have spoken with some people who have gone through it and I have almost personally gone through it.

As I have said before, energy deregulation business opportunity is a FANTASTIC opportunity. It creates recession proof, residual/passive income, much like an actor’s income. That is the kind of income people love to have.

The ability to save people, residents and business owners, money on their electricity and gas which is a bottom line expense and a necessary one, and to make a commission each and every month, is a exciting thing.

Since we are dealing with the services of electricity and gas, something that we ALL MUST have, what more could you want from an opportunity where you can get a commission from those sales. This opportunity is still very young, extremely lucrative and it is ever expanding.

These kinds of activities as described above, will continue to happen with the WRONG company. Whether it be by government intervention or by company financial/business decision shows that anything can happen in the energy sector.

All this got me to thinking about the entire energy deregulation sector and just how much “crap” goes on out there.

Enough is enough!

I feel there is no need for the BS that is out there in many companies. People should be educated so that they can make the RIGHT decision.

The energy deregulation business opportunity is a very lucrative one, and justifiably so when done right and properly. And that is my beef with some of the companies that are out there.

The energy sector is an over $750 Billion year market in the United States. That is a market capitalization of $62.5 Billion per month. You do not need a large monthly percentage to change things in your life!

That is over 9 times the size of the Telecom market which was back in the 80′s and created many millionaires during it’s deregulation phase. The same is happening with energy now.

One wants to choose the proper home for the energy deregulation business opportunity so that your time, energy and especially money is well spent to get the proper vehicle and best return on investment for this great opportunity.

Consumer Choice Marketing, CCM, is the PREMIER company for the energy deregulation business opportunity. The management team of Doug Tesky, CEO and Founder; and Bill Hoffman, CMO and Direct Sales and Marketing Legend, have over 60 years experience together. Last year Consumer Choice Marketing did over $100 Million in sales.

Consumer Choice Marketing was started in May 2008. It is profitable and debt free ever since. It is a privately owned, family owned company. We are not in a rush to expand and grow beyond ourselves and our “time”. We have been strategically built and are being strategically and carefully built to be the PREMIER company for the energy deregulation business.

We have and will have other services the people and businesses can take advantage of which allows us to create groups in states that are non-deregulated TODAY, but will be TOMORROW. Already having boots on the ground to take advantage of energy deregulation when it DOES comes to that state.

Our primary goal is energy deregulation. That is the money maker and the wealth center. When it comes to considering a company to be your vehicle in energy deregulation, there are some very important considerations that you should compare

1. Business Model/Strategy 2. Direct v Reseller 3. Energy Footprint 4. Compensation Plan 5. Energy Residuals

Many of these points are interconnected where most people fail to realize the importance of them, like I did back in 2010. So I understand!

This is why one can find a GREAT vehicle with Consumer Choice Marketing

For instance, the reason CCM is would not end up like IEA is because we are a reseller, first and foremost than a direct seller. That is NOT the vision of the principals Doug Tesky and Bill Hoffman. They mused at last years convention that one day their children would ” wheel them off stage” of the convention. They want it to be something that they can pass on to their children.

Bottom line we are an independent company, not an off shoot or child company.

Our exclusive, strategic partner IGS Energy, choose us to be their exclusive marketing partner out of ALL the other companies out there. IGS Energy is a 23 year old, family-owned, $2 Billion energy provider in 11 states with over 1 Million customers. They were there at the beginning of the energy deregulation business opportunity.

Their strategy is to move into markets as soon as possible to expand their territories, just like ours. That’s one of the reasons we meshed very well.

CCM is now a hybrid with the best of both worlds of being a direct seller v reseller, with the protections of both.

Another consideration, is the energy footprint, how can a company justify not being in 29 states like Consumer Choice Marketing is for energy? The energy deregulation opportunity is going to go into ALL 50 states in a couple of years, why aren’t the other companies in as many states as they could be? Well that is because they are not set up to be or can’t be in those many states at this time. What if you have a sharp prospect that is in a state that the company you are with or looking at is not it? I have heard some tell others…Oh that does not matter! Of course, it does! Plus, if there are 29 states that are deregulated, why wouldn’t you be in them? What is the plan when ALL 50 are energy deregulated? That could potentially be a loss of a lot of revenue, wouldn’t you agree?

Another very important consideration are the energy residuals, how can a company justify being paid on the bill or rate, instead of the raw usage… kWh for electricity and mcf or therms for gas. The layman is impressed with getting paid a percentage of the bill, but the industry standards are that you get paid on the USAGE of electricity(kWh) and gas (mcf,Dth,Th). That is what you are selling. The rate is a by-product for the customer. I was a layman until I got educated the last 2 years with first being in the WRONG company and then being with Consumer Choice Marketing. How do the companies justify paying a scant 5 cents, 10 cents or quarter on monthly residuals for households? Sure as you reach a higher level in the compensation plan your would get what you get starting out with CCM, which is a full dollar. But why can’t they do it? Because they are making the difference and the company is profitting, and not the broker. Also, those companies are 8-10 years old and what worked THEN, still works for THEM now. They see no need to change or possibly can’t change.

Again, Consumer Choice Marketing has been and is being strategically built to run like a race horse and profit the broker, the company and the customers.

The Compensation Plan of Consumer Choice Marketing ….extremely lucrative and generous. It’s an awesome plan and takes care of itself automatically. You work the business, its pays you very well! It pays $100 to $250 for personally sponsoring, as well as infinity components of $25 to $150 for your directs sponsoring activity.

You also have the Regional Director Power Play and Super Power Play Bonuses. This is where as a Regional Director, for every 12 sponsored in your organization by you and your team, you get $1,000 paid weekly! Then when you reach 100 in your RD Code, you get the $10,000 RD Super Power Play Bonus.

There is no time limit on this, it resets and starts over again and this is on top of the Coded Fast Start Bonuses of $$25 to $250 and all the 12 ways you get paid.

There is also the Choice Match Bonus which pays you an override from 10% – 50% on your team’s production. This also travels down through infinity. Place 50 people in another companies compensation plan and put them in CCM’s comp plan and see who pays more? And that is NOT even considering the residuals from energy sales! And here is one of the MOST important considerations the monthly energy residuals. Especially the commercial energy sales….

Here is a video on how commercial energy sales work with CCM. Watch VERY closely how our CAP Department works for you at the end of the video

Between the 12 ways you are paid through the compensation plan, the energy residuals, the energy footprint, direct seller v reseller, and the business model/strategy….you just cannot go wrong with CCM.

The total grades in all of those considerations compared to other companies is just stellar!!

With the set up of CCM, you can pick your poison!

If you have a lot of business contacts and want to monetize them as many of my team members have done and have NO desire to create a team. You can do that!

If the reverse is true, and you want to grow a network as big or as small as you want, in ALL 50 states, you can do that too!

If you are somewhere in between who understands the advantage of networking and building a team and wants the proper environment to do that, you can do that here at CCM.

A couple days ago, I began to hear rumbles and rumors that NRG was cutting loose Independence Energy Alliance as their marketing arm. Well, it has been confirmed and all over as the talk of the town.

All I can say is WOW! Lightening strikes again!

I feel for those reps in the field because I experienced the exact same thing when I got into the energy deregulation opportunity in June 2010. I was with a direct seller marketing arm for an energy provider. Had I not been made aware by my upline, 3 levels up, that there was some trouble brewing, I would have faced the same thing you are going through now.

But with that heads up, I avoided that bullet by 3 months. Even so, it STILL stung and hurt…but that is “business” huh? In any event, we made a move over to Consumer Choice Marketing. And I haven’t looked back……..

Being that you are going through the sting of abandonment, I know how you feel and I want to offer you a chance to salvage your time spent with IEA, by having you review CCM as your Life Boat out of trouble.

The GOOD thing that NRG did was continue to pay the reps the commissions on the sales that they had made until the end of 2012!

BRAVO…at least you will get some return on your efforts!

This situation with IEA shines a light on what could happen with a direct selling marketing arm of an energy provider or any other company for that matter.

Being a direct seller is one of the 5 elements that I state that should be used to determine which company you should choose as your vehicle for the energy deregulation opportunity.

The others are Business Model/Strategy, Energy Footprint, Compensation Plan and most importantly Energy Residuals. After all that is what this opportunity is all about!

You will find that Consumer Choice Marketing really dominates in all of those areas compared to other companies.

I invite you to look around the blog and then opt in to the right and contact me. Learn more about CCM and just how stable and set it is for the future in energy deregulation.

In this post I want to tell you about a gentleman that found my blog, opted in and contacted me. He loved the blog, said it was well put together and informative, he had been reading it for a few weeks.

I thanked him and asked where his interest in the energy deregulation opportunity came from. Well he had heard about it from his friends and clients, and had joined ACN Xoom Energy a little over a month before we talked. Unfortunately, he discovered some problems with his choice.

ACN XOOM ENERGY

I should explain that this contact, now member of my organization, is a straight up entrepreneur. Meaning he found his own niche with personal development, personal and business optimization for other entrepreneurs, business owners, doctors, lawyers and the like from all across the country.

So as we got deeper in the conversation, he really did not know a lot about energy deregulation but he knew that it was a great opportunity to get in because we have seen this before with telecom and the airlines. Which is exactly right!

As I have previously posted in the blog that that is the crippling mistake that most people do when they get involved. They understand the ability of choice, to some degree; and think that being able to offer lowered electricity and gas to residents and businesses is a great thing. Especially when you can get a monthly commission from those sales. That is real residual income or an additional cash flow center. Absolutely it is!

Again as I have stated before, the problem after that is choosing the right company to be your vehicle in this opportunity. He agreed with my whole heartedly.

He had been able to grow a small organization rather quickly from his client base and friends in ACN Xoom Energy. And was able to close a couple of commercial energy deals with ACN Xoom Energy. I should say that my new team member found his own niche with personal development, personal and business optimization.

Anyway, there were some things that he noticed and needed some help and had some questions answered regarding things that he noticed. When he called people, they never returned his calls. He even called the company and there were no returns. If they were they were lackluster at best at answering his questions about energy deregulation and ACN-Xoom Energy. So he went searching on the internet to find some answers. That is how he and I got into contact.

The problem he found was that there are a lot of hoops and requirements that you have to go through in order to be ABLE to be paid from ACN from the start. He also found that with commercial deals he would NOT be able to do electricity where he could with Consumer Choice Marketing. That was a HUGE plus for him, and understandably so!

When he compared ACN-Xoom Energy to Consumer Choice Marketing’s comp plan, he saw that it paid much better and higher than ACN-Xoom Energy’s comp plan. He got more return on investment of time and effort!

See ACN recently partnered with Xoom Energy, as a couple of other companies have done. It was a good move, to include commercial, but with ACN when you do commercial energy sales, you still have to pass through the compensation plan which only pays you on the bill and not the usage.

It makes so much of a difference in your payout.

I told him that is the whole point of this blog…educating other brokers on the energy industry and the differences between the other companies and CCM.

When I got involved with the energy deregulation opportunity back in June 2010, I didn’t know the differences and what was important when choosing. But I soon found out!

Consumer Choice Marketing

I answered his questions about energy deregulation, then asked him about the commercial energy sales that he had and how that translated in the compensation plan.
He was not thrilled about it to say the least. Apparently, when you do commercial through ACN Xoom Energy, even on the business end, 50% of the energy cost is available to be split between the selling broker and the uplines.

So as he described, he has to have a certain number of customer points just in order to get his share of the energy sale he made. It starts out at 1% of the 50% of the energy cost of the sale. I explained to him that with Consumer Choice Marketing, when he makes a commercial energy sale, HE is paid 1 Mill on electricity and $.06 per mcf on gas straight out to HIM! And that the upline is paid anywhere from 10% to 50% on a monthly basis of what he gets, not the other way around as with ACN Energy. Needless to say that he LIKED A LOT!

Another complaint that he had was that when he did reach out to his upline and even the company, his calls were not returned and if they were, the answers were simplistic and of no use. He asked is there a difference with Consumer Choice Marketing. I told him YES. We have plenty of people that you can talk to get meaningful answers to your questions.

I told him we have a whole department called Broker Support that is there to help the broker with ANY problem they maybe having. I told him that we also have a whole department geared to commercial energy sales. That I would introduce him to my commercial agent that I have used since I joined CCM for my commercial energy sales. I introduce all of my team to him, especially if they have a slant toward commercial energy sales. You will ahve plenty of people to talk to! We laughed about that.

Also told him about Consumer Choice Marketing’s energy footprint. How because of how we are set up as a reseller or brokerage house and deal with multiple energy providers around the country; we enjoy the largest footprint in the industry with 28 states for energy deregulation. Having an aggressive business strategy to enter into new markets as soon as they become available.

He was beginning to see the HUGE differences between his previous experience with ACN Xoom Energy and Consumer Choice Marketing.

After some more discussion, we had vibed really well and he was ready to sign up. He did and the great news is that in less than a week’s time he has talked with my commercial expert and placed 2 commercial accounts in the system and sponsored 2 people into this CCM business. One is a doctor and husband team and the other is another entrepreneur with his own established business.

He is VERY happy and excited about his course correction in the energy deregulation business opportunity. He now sees that Consumer Choice Marketing is the PREMIER company for the energy deregulation business opportunity.

You too can find out more about Consumer Choice Marketing and energy deregulation by reading this blog and opting in to the right to get more information.

Consumer Choice Marketing is a very unique and lucrative business. It is the PREMIER company for the energy deregulation business opportunity because it reigns supreme in the 5 Elements that should be considered for the energy deregulation business.

1. Business Model/Strategy
2. Direct v Reseller
3. Energy Footprint
4 .Compensation Plan
5. Energy Residuals
I’d like to deal with the first 3 elements, they are inter-related. The CCM hybrid business…with the best of both worlds to benefit the broker and customer.

The business model/strategy cascades to improve elements 2 and 3. Even though energy deregulation is the wealth creator of our time and our flagship products, we do not disregard other essential services that people and businesses use everyday and pay for each and every month because they are needed in our everyday modern lives.

The other services include Internet, Television, Home security, Cellular phones, Home Telecom and the USAdvantage Savings and Legal Club (which includes Identity Theft Insurance) and business services for the home entrepreneur and traditional brick and mortar stores.

These services have value, many already well know and a couple that are treasures to be discovered. And because of that, we are not adding an expense, but lowering expense for residents and businesses.

Consumer Choice Marketing

Consumer Choice Marketing Review

Our strategy is aggressive, in the fact that as soon as a territory becomes energy deregulated, we will deploy as soon as possible. You see deregulation of a state is a function of the state legislature and the local utilities of that state. Those are the hurdles that have to jumped to open the state.

IGS Energy, a 23 year old, privately held, well respected in the energy industry, with over 1 million customers in 11 states chose us to exclusively partner with as their marketing division. With all the other companies that they could have chosen, they chose us because of the way we do business with a better than 95% customer retention rate.

IGS was there at the beginning of energy deregulation. They also have an aggressive business strategy to get into markets as soon as they are open.

This alliance, as powerful as it is, does not limit CCM to being just a direct seller. CCM has partnerships with other energy providers across the country which gives us an advantage of being very competitive as well as have the largest energy footprint in the country, with 30 states.

Consumer Choice Marketing Testimonials

Our compensation plan is EXTREMELY lucrative with 12 ways to be paid, most of those avenues are residual in nature, including 10% to 50% overrides on services and energy sales down-line to infinity. Not pathetically low fractional percentages or CV points that pay up-line.

What happens if someone you don’t even know in your down-line, should you wish to create one, lands a hospital paying 10′s of thousands per year and the residual is turned into a CV point to be paid up-line? Or you are paid 1/4 percent?

Not a good thought!

There is NOTHING like it in the industry for finally being paid what you are worth with the energy opportunity. They keep adding income to the compensation plan to make it even more lucrative and fast paying as well. These are very important reasons why networkers and leaders are being drawn to Consumer Choice Marketing.

Also because of the simplicity to do business with our simple training, In-house Broker Support Department and Commercial Assistance Program Department, CAP for short.

And last, but definitely not least, the monthly energy residual pay structure which gives the brokers the BEST monthly energy residuals bar none. This is the ENTIRE point of the energy deregulation business opportunity.

CCM does not pay us on the lowered rate that we offer the customer. The RATES are not what we are offering. We are offering kilowatts for electricity and mcfs or therms for gas. THAT is what we are “selling”.

It is no different if we were selling vitamins. It is the vitamins that we are selling not the price ( not that it isn’t a factor). I think you get the understanding. Energy industry professionals know that is the proper way to be paid. versus the layman understand the difference.
With ALL of these benefits of Consumer Choice Marketing, a person can finally get paid well and properly to get the BEST return on investment of their time, effort, energy and money. This is the PROPER place to create long term income in energy!

Find out how you can financially benefit with ongoing residual income from Consumer Choice Marketing by filling out the form to the right.

We’re proud to announce that Consumer Choice Marketing and the Commercial Assistance Program (C.A.P.) markets/sells commercial gas in Missouri energy deregulation.

This brings our total to 30 states for Natural Gas and Electricity that we can market in for the energy deregulation business opportunity. This gives Consumer Choice Marketing a total energy deregulation footprint of 30 states and 95 local utilities soon to be Canada.

Missouri Energy Deregulation

Consumer Choice Marketing, based in Toledo, Ohio and was created in 2008. Profitable and debt free ever since. Consumer Choice Marketing, through their independent brokers, concentrates in saving money for residents and businesses across the country for utilities and services that they already buy on a monthly basis. Consumer Choice Marketing pays out the highest residual income for energy sales both residential and commercial on day one.

Those services include internet, voip phone, satellite, wireless home security, cell phones and the extraordinary Savings Advantage Club, that saves people hundreds if not thousands per year.

They also sell lowered electricity and natural gas to residents and businesses within our energy deregulation footprint of 30 states.

This mix of services gives Consumer Choice Marketing and their brokers the ability to market in the states that are not energy deregulated yet, but will be.

The other services are internet, wireless home alarms, Satellite and ATT Uverse, cell phones with TMobile, Sprint, Nextel and Verizon, the Savings Advantage Club and VOIP home phone service. All which saves HUGE money per year.

Energy deregulation, the ability to offer lower electric and natural gas supplies, gives the consumer the ability to choose savings by choosing their supplier of these utilities.

Now people in Missouri can make residual income by selling these services along with our flagship products of electricity and natural gas by offering savings on these services through Missouri energy deregulation.

With Consumer Choice Marketing, you would have the LARGEST energy footprint in the United States, 27 States and soon Canada, to build a team if you want and leverage that income power.

Missouri energy deregulation is here now
